Shipping Policy
 

Depending on where you are located, shipping may take 1-3 weeks. If the product you ordered is on back order your shipment will be temporarily delayed.

Our single product  shipping policy is $(10.00) per item within Canada.

Any damages caused from shipping must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving your order for a claim to be honoured. The shipping companies do not honour claims not reported after this time frame so anything reported beyond 24 hours will not be credited.

Orders will be processed between 1-4 business days. Products will be shipped immediately after your order is processed.

International Orders

For orders outside of Canada and the Continental United States, please contact us to get a quote for shipping charges.

Return/Refund policy 
 

Beavers  Army Surplus will provide a exchange or issue a refund for all non-clearance items received within 30 days of when the items were shipped and a 20% restocking fee will apply. Provided the items are unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free of defects. For exchanges, you may still return the item within 30 days of when you received the exchanged item. Express shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within five days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.
